Clear Casting Resin is still the most economical resin used for this purpose. It has a nasty smell and does not agree with everybody but use in a well ventilated area it works well. You need to buy the MEKP catalyst separately use 10 drops to 30ml resin. Go to www.aldax.com.au Tech Tips and you will find a colour chart for the opaque and transparent dyes to be used with polyester resin. You need to use very little as it is highly concentrated a match stick dipped in the dye and swirled in resin is all you need. All the best Stan Alderson
