Mould making protection

Postby rebecca on Mon Sep 07, 2009 9:01 pm

Hi, I have a very newby questions. I am waiting for my first order of moulding clay to arrive so that I can start to create some moulds for the purpose of making plaster handpainted wall hangings. My question is once I go thru the process of making the moulds and selling my new product is someone able to buy one, use it to re-cast their own mould and steal my idea? Is there anything I can build into it or anything that I can do it from the start to stop this? Thanks Rebecca

There's nothing stopping anyone from buying your mould and remaking moulds....just make your product better and a reasonable price..all the best
