Support case for concrete statues

Postby mel on Wed May 06, 2009 12:06 pm

Hi, I want to make a backup mould for a concrete statue, roughly about 50cm in height, I not sure if Im on the right track thou, I prefer to make it out of fibreglass and I was wondering do I use the polyester resin for this job....and if so how many layers would you best put for a strong support... and what drying time is it between coats after pressing in the fibreglass strands...any help would be great ...thanks guys...
